TRAINING
  Out of 3.80 Lakhs Trained so far, around 2.00 Lakhs Women Candidates were Trained in Tailoring, Beautician, Fashion Designing, Fabric Painting, Zig - Zag and Pre Primary Teacher Training with a Special attention to destitute Women, Divorced Women, Houses Wives etc. Imparting Training in 111 Courses through of its 21 Own Centers & 54 Franchise Centers through out Andhra Pradesh. Exams were conducted by SETWIN with Certification. Trained more than 3 lakhs students in 30 years in various courses through 20 own centres and 60 franchise centre's by periodical recasting the training programmers. Introduced advanced courses like Adv. Fashion Designing, Adv. Beautician,
Hotel Management, Pre Primary Teachers Training courses etc.
Imparling training to the candidates sponsor by the Government agencies like
SC, ST, BC, Nayee - Brahmin, Minoriry A.P. State Christian Finance Corporations, UCD Programmers and Department of youth services.
Conducted EDP training programmers to the CMEY/RYS Groups and other Governments programmers. Conducted training to the children of the diseased Police personnel, victims of extremist violence in Motor Driving. Imparting training to Military Personnel in computer course at Artillery Centre, Golconda. Imparting training to house wives of Military personal in women oriented courses at Hakeempet, Dindigal, Mehedipatnam Military welfare centre's,Bowenpally and Tarbund etc., Centraljzed Examination System is being followed by every quarter for all courses by appointing subject experts as evaluators. SETWIN has been doing this activity to supply stationery items, general items, office and Hospital furniture, uniform, computer parts, printingmaterials, caps and flags, utensils, trunk boxes, etc., to various Government departments by adopting standard purchase procedure by forming price fixation committee and technical committee.
The Government has also issued orders in R.T.no. 183/YAT & C/SES Dept., Dated 1.6.1999 directing all the government Departments to purchase stationery items through SETWIN.
SETWIN participated in National Games, AFRO Asrian Games & National Youth Festival -2005 for supply of dresses, catering, and hospitality services for inaugural and valedictory functions etc., Trading activity is being done through registered firms as per Government norms. Mini Buses scheme was introduced in urban and sub urban areas of Hyderabad & Secunderabad in 1979 by providing cheaper transport to growing number of satellite townships and providing self employment to economically weaker sections. Mini busses scheme was operated by entrepreneur groups, each consisting of 3members, as hundred routes sanctioned to SETWIN organization to serve 100 mini buses.
